For most people, “going tiny” is a life-changing experience. The reasons for the change are, for the most part, the same, depending on your idea of a perfect life:

  • You want to live a simpler life.
  • You want to spend more quality time with your family and friends.
  • You don’t want to spend all your life working to support a big house and all the stuff that fills it.
  • You want to travel and see the world.
  • You want to lessen your carbon footprint on the Earth.

Each one of these reasons is very commendable. However, before you sell your big house to live in your own tiny home, or maybe just to downsize, you MUST take a good look at the consequences of your decision in the over-all big picture. You have to ask yourself some serious questions.

I’ve been there and done that. You can check out my own tiny house and the story behind my move here: MY OWN TINY HOUSE

In my experience helping others who feel they are ready for this life-changing experience, I have developed a set of questions that I think covers what you need to consider before making that final decision. Enter your name and email address below and you’ll be taken directly to a downloadable copy of that list. Go over and answer each one with much thought. Make sure that anyone who will be making this transition with you is involved in your deliberation because the answers will impact their lives as well. I’ve added space for your answers and for additional questions of your own, so, if you like, you can print it and look at the questions and answers together.

If I can be of any help to you with this list of questions, or with any other aspect of your process, please fill out the short form on my website with your pertinent information and we can set up a time to talk about your concerns. You can click on the link to find that form on my website at: WORK WITH ME

I wish you all the best, Pat
